Kitab Tauhid 2.3

Tauhid is the fundamental belief that profoundly influences human life, as it serves as the basis for every action taken.

According to Islamic teachings, only actions rooted in tauhidullah will lead individuals to a good life and true happiness in the afterlife.

Given the crucial role of tauhid in human life, it is obligatory for every Muslim to study it.

Tauhid is not only about recognizing and understanding that the creator of the universe is Allah; it is not merely knowing rational evidence of His existence and oneness, nor is it just about understanding His Names and Attributes.

Even Satan believed that his Lord was Allah; he acknowledged the oneness and omnipotence of Allah by calling upon Allah through His Names and Attributes. The ancient ignorant societies faced by the Prophet Muhammad also believed that the Creator, Organizer, Sustainer, and Ruler of the universe was Allah. (Refer to the Quran: 38: 82, 31: 25, 23: 84-89). However, their beliefs did not make them creatures classified as Muslims, those who have faith in Allah.
